this extension worked for me.
But at some point it stopped. And if manually request PIO Home - Devices - mDNS, then all devices appear in the extension window.
If you click on refresh in the extension, then it doesn't work again.
I deleted it, I even deleted the entire VSCode and reinstalled it - it doesn't help
tell me where to look for the problem?

Are you referring to mDNS devices only or USB serial ones as well?
I know with mDNS, they are sometimes odd with how often they show up depending on the network. What kind of device is it? I can see if I notice the same thing.

yes, the problem is with mDNS only. COM-ports is work.
I have 2 devices on ESP32 and two on ESP32-S3. And at first everything worked.
And also, not only the multicast explorer built into the PlatformIO helps your extension see devices, but also a any network request from third-party application with mDNS explorer.
