README including citation is missing

Citation could be to the repository itself (presumably through its Zenodo snapshot then), or to the arXiv paper, or the CV4Animals citation.

@SMRayeed, in the future, please use the GitHub branch-PR-review workflow this allows for a cleaner review and incorporation of changes and discussion.

The citation file should not list the arXiv paper DOI as an identifier for this repo.

This is not a repo associated to the publication of any of the listed datasets. It presents code to benchmark models on the collection and should be presented as such; this includes using the datasets' actual names. The citation request also should include the clear request to cite the dataset(s) as appropriate.

@SMRayeed the following still assigns the arXiv paper DOI as the identifier for the software (while it is later used as a paper reference as well).

Perhaps you picked this up from the template, but normally we would snapshot the repository to Zenodo, which assigns a DOI to the snapshot. The Zenodo snapshot DOI created in this way is appropriate as an identifier for the software.
