IgcSpreadsheet - not render vertically oriented cell text from Excel and shows it horizontally

Description

When rendering an Excel file in IgcSpreadsheet, cells that are formatted in Excel as vertical text are displayed as horizontal text in the spreadsheet.

Reproduction

1. In Excel, create a worksheet with a cell whose text orientation is set to vertical writing via cell formatting.
2. Save the Excel file.
   C-00246069-Test.xlsx

3. Go to https://codesandbox.io/p/sandbox/nice-burnell-89f8wd
4. Load/import the Excel file in IgcSpreadsheet.
5. Observe that the vertically oriented text is displayed horizontally.

Workaround

I have not found a workaround.

Is this a regression?

No or unsure. This never worker, or I haven't tried before.
