Investigate ingestion of FASE support data into lakehouse

Talk with the FASE support team about replacing their Excel-based analytics setup with the analytics platform tooling.

This will involve:

• finding out where the raw data is
• create job to ingest data to lakehouse
• create dashboards in BI tool
