Define additional partitions in the code

Summary

We added partition in dependency config yaml files. We need to add support for all those partitions.

Right now, Bryan already added custom partition support for daily, repoint, 10days, 30days. Now, we need to add custom partit

Requirements

The more specific the better.

• add custom partition for 3mo, 6mo, 1yr cadence maps
• link to their asset but set to ignore for now or
• create sensor that determines if we need to create partition or not based on time ranges of these partition. If yes, create partition and that will automatically trigger cadence job.

This work will set up foundation for cadence maps. We won't fully support cadence for this June date in dagster but setting foundational work.
