feat(docs): Try to use new `sphinx-rtd-theme` option `version_selector` to serve multiple versions of documentation

New version of sphinx-rtd-theme adds a feature to allow pickup a version through theme's option version_selector. It would be nice if we can use it to serve all the version we have on gh-pages instead of current serving root dir with sub-directories per version.
