get "The API does not exist or has not been published in the environment" for cloudpipeline tools #81

Description

@TehilaTheStudent

/kind bug

What happened:
the endpoint to codearts cloudpipeline service has a '-ext' suffix, as seen in the API explorer : https://console-intl.huaweicloud.com/apiexplorer/#/endpoint/CodeArtsPipeline, for example cloudpipeline-ext.cn-north-4.myhuaweicloud.com, is the '-ext' suffix included in the URL calculation ? i use tool ListPipelineTemplates for example, and get : "The API does not exist or has not been published in the environment"

What you expected to happen:
handling '-ext' suffix to make API request to current domain name in case of codearts tools

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):
try use one of cloudpipeline tools

Anything else we need to know?:
