PA sliders don't go high enough

For Bowden printers it would be nice to have a checkbox that makes the linear advance, nonlinear offset, and upstream pressure advance sliders go 10x higher.

For reference, my The100 has used as high as .18 linear advance and .7 nonlinear offset.

Also, the speeds could go higher. The tool will be most useful for people pushing speed limits.
