So when I was trying to enable the haptics in steam, I noticed that when I go to Forza Horizon 6 > Properties > Controller, then there's no Additional Settings tab to click on, just the drop down where I can enable and disable steam input for this game and the Controller Configurator (which is the Steam Input controller mapping window) when I go into steams general controller settings I can enable and disable rumble but nothing specific to the Dualsense 5's Haptics. Is the guide just out of date?
