Expected Behavior

Multiblocks fit in max-sized cleanrooms (chunk border crossing implied) work without interrupting even if the player is away as long as chunks are loaded.

Actual Behavior

Multiblocks randomly stop working for no clear reason if the player've been away long enough.

Steps to Reproduce

I have 4 wall-shared cleanrooms of max size (15x15) filled with PAs and LTRs on passive processing (ME Input hatches).
The whole area is held active by an IC2 chunkloader, power supply is robust so no sudden power-offs on cleanrooms.
But the machines inside cleanrooms just stop working if I leave the area for long enough.

Additional Information

A PA in such state can be restarted by taking out the machines and putting them back again, LTR needs to be reformed (e.g. I break a casing and put it back).
This is only happening inside cleanrooms, because I have a plenty of industry just outside, all chunkloaded as well and this problem doesn't occur anywhere else.
