Enhance Dashboard UX with Loading Skeletons and Improved Empty States

Currently, the dashboard sections and analytics components provide limited visual feedback while data is being fetched, which can make transitions feel abrupt and less intuitive for users.

Proposed Improvements:

• Add loading skeletons for dashboard cards and analytics sections
• Improve empty-state UI for scenarios where GitHub data is unavailable or empty
• Maintain responsiveness across different screen sizes
• Ensure visual consistency in both light and dark modes

Benefits:

• Improves perceived performance and user experience
• Creates smoother and more polished dashboard interactions
• Enhances readability and visual consistency across the application
