[Bug]: Python_library_fiona_1.10

**Describe the bug**
Fiona version > 1.9.5 is causing a problem 

**How to reproduce the bug**
Try to install latest version of fiona and run the Greenschist to mid-Amphibolit facies metamorphosed host rocks

**Expected behavior**
Program run untill 25% then stops.

**Environment details**
 - OS: Windows
 - Python Version: 3.10/3.9
 - Package Version: fiona 1.10
