Tool is used for creation of training data.

Tool category and type
The current categories are the directories under eis_toolkit package in this repository.

Implementation details
This tool takes in point dataaset with known deposit locations and converts it to rasterdata set.

Who will implement the tool?
I will develop this tool

I think this was related to PR #481 , closing. New issues for specific training data tools to be added can be created.
