Ginger cannot save new test case actions and app locks up P0?

Describe the bug
When a user attempts to save in the application they see the string "Nothing found to Save." which renders the app useless for new scripts.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Steps'
2. Click on '+' to create a new flow and open it
3. Click + button on the RIGHT HAND side and add any action from the action library such as a browser navigation.
4. Click save button
5. See error

Expected behavior
When a user attempts to save in the application they are able to save new commands in Ginger and continue writing test cases.
