REST API and API Timeout issues

Describe the bug
There are 2 issues. I have attached the Ginger solution for debugging and analysis.

Ginger Solution Attached

1. API request fails to include the attached file. There is an issue with the API call.

2. Ginger execution timeouts at 100-105sec, not matter what user have set the timeout to be.
