Is there a pre-built database available for download?

Thank you for the great tool! I was wondering if there is a pre-built database available for download, or if users need to build it from scratch using the provided instructions? Having access to a pre-built database would be very helpful for users looking to save time during setup.

Hi, right now it needs to be built, which we agree is not great. The database is pretty big (~430GB) and we haven't found a repository that allows uploads of this size without charging us for the egress. We are currently finishing the revisions but after that finding a way to distribute the database is a priority for me.

We are also interested in a precompiled (reduced database~250 Gb) as we don't have the resources to build the database.

Do you have a tiny db that you use for testing that would generate sane outputs from downstreams steps? I could really use something like that if you have one handy....

Not right now but it's on my list for sure because I wanted it for teaching. Will probably have to wait until my paternity leave ends unfortunately :(
