date range filter: Support dynamic range options, show available date range

For wastewater, we have data for about 4 weeks, which is updated about every 2 weeks. So it might be, that one, day, the data will be the last 4 weeks, one day it might be 4 weeks, but 2 weeks in the past, etc.

It'd be great if users could know which dates are actually in the data, and if we could offer users clever suggestions.

I don't think hardcoded options like "last two weeks" make sense in the use case above, but if we would instead look at whats there, we could have options like "2025 Week 25", "2025 Week 26" etc.

Then I was also thinking there could be an option "All (xx.yy - zz.uu)", so users could also see what's available.

Not sure how this can be implemented though. I thought we could pass in a function, but I guess we actually can't?

Indeed, web components are like regular HTML elements, we can only pass string values, no functions.

I wonder whether the logic is too special to be implemented into the components; instead we could also start with implementing it just in the dashboards where we have the options to pass date ranges to component.

Yes maybe you are right, it also crossed my mind. Maybe I just start doing it in the dashboard and maybe afterwards we can move it into the component if we think it makes sense.
