Issue description :
On the vendor portal /vendor/invoice CTF sidecar/footer, the Badges, Active Challenges, and Live Activity UI elements looked interactive but were not actually clickable, so users couldn’t navigate to the related CTF pages.
- Badges should open the CTF badges page.
- Active Challenges should open the challenges page filtered to In Progress.
- Live Activity rows should open the full CTF activity stream page.
