List_All_Contact Tags Function in contacts.py does not accurately return contacts when passing the tagids parameter

When I call the following function: client.contacts.list_all_contacts(tagid=40) I get an erroneous results. When calling the function using the emails or ids parameter I appear to get accurate results. Is the tagids parameter broken?
