Calibration Factor calculation enhancements

Create a 4th gsolve method to compute the calibration factor, rather than having it as an arguement to other methods. This will make it clear that it is a separate processing option, and will allow clean setting of the parameters and checks required. i.e. use method 2, set cal_factor=1, check for reference stations etc.
