Installation instructions:
- Install Julia
- Run Julia in a terminal
- Enter the package manager by typing ']'
- type 'add https://github.com/GEMScienceTools/PSHAModelBuilder.git' note that this might change depending on your access rights
- To update use 2 + 3 + 'update PSHAModelBuilder'
