How to build SQLite tables based on my data？

Your work is truly outstanding. In the dataset you've built, I'm curious about how the corresponding SQLite tables were constructed, as I also want to do something similar with my data. If it was done manually, the workload would be too huge. I haven't found any relevant explanations in your project, so I'm reaching out to you for advice. Thank you.

Hi, the SQLite database is constructed by the CLI hosted in this repository, and run on the output of Assemblage binaries and JSON files. You can refer to the JSON file's format in this function. You will need dia2dump, pdb files and this function to generate the JSON file, then use the CLI to generate SQLite database from the binary and the JSON files.

If you feel more comfortable to construct the SQLite database manually or your data doesn't fit into our pipeline, pelase refer to the SQLite database's schema. It is not necesary to fill in all columns, but the function names, addresses, and binary metadata are needed to benchmark the models.
