Unable to respond to real number: shown as short number

Steps to reproduce the bug

Cannot easily reproduce because it's totally random.
I received a message from a human guy, with a classic phone number (french format +33 6 12 34 56 78).
But I cannot answer because Fossify Message said "Unable to respond to a short number as this one" (translated approximatively by me, in french it's "Impossible de répondre à des numéros courts comme celui-ci").
Please see the screenshort in attachment.

Maybe it's relative to #615 and the number is not check well.

Expected behavior

If it's a real phone number and not a short one: allow to answer

Actual behavior

Only for this phone number, unable to answer

I forgot to add another screenshot. A few seconds after I received this message, I've got this error: "Erreur: java.lang.SecurityException: Permission Denial: reading com.and..." (I can't see the end of the error
