Support uploading emojis and other types to Autumn

Would be cool to have like RevoltClient.Autumn.Upload(endpoint, FileInfo). Code below is what I do in one of my projects:

Yup you can already do this manually.

FileAttachment FileAttachment = await Context.Channel.UploadFileAsync("/image.png", UploadFileType.Attachment);
await Context.Channel.SendMessageAsync("Nice image", attachments: new string[] { FileAttachment.Id });

Does this work for emojis? I don't see why I should need to have a Channel object in order to upload stuff that isn't going to be used for a Message but rather an Emoji. @xXBuilderBXx

You need to use the server class to upload emojis, although bots are still blocked from creating emojis you will need to use a user token.

Made a PR on Revolt to allow bots to manage emojis.
