Summary

Build an accessible, themeable Button component in the shared design system.

Background & Problem

Buttons are used everywhere and need consistent variants/states (primary/secondary/danger, loading, disabled). A consistent, tested component library speeds feature work and keeps UX coherent across the app.

Acceptance Criteria

• All variants + states implemented.
• Storybook story + visual snapshot added.
• Keyboard + screen-reader accessible.
