Currently, the dl_bt_dukascopy.py script downloads bi5 files, and converts it into separate CSV files.
It would be great, if can combine all data into one CSV file after it finishes, by specifying extra parameter.
Similarly as go-duka tool which downloads CSV and combine all CSV files automatically.
