Post-hackathon notes/tasks:

• Mechanical
  • The M3x14 bolts for the onlyfans brackets are not long enough. We need to get M3x16
  • The new front/back panels need to be designed
• Showstopper bugs:
  • The crash has been "fixed" by throwing out the OSC code. The non-OSC audio control is yet to be polished
  • No progress on fazantix yuyv scaling - need to investigate further
  • Fazantix stuttering (new bug) - need to investigate
• Cameras
  • Arducam is shit
  • RpiHQ might be fine for some cases, need to do extra testing
  • 4/3 sensor - need to investigate whether we could source it and have someone (ACOM/LCSC?) assemble a 4/3eye board. Need to look at the whole BOM and see if all parts can be sourced easily. If ACOM cannot assemble this PCB, maybe try designing another version?
• Audio board hardware
  • Seems to work great! Still need to do some stress testing
  • Maybe design a version with spdif input if it is really simple
• Hagibis spdif output
  • Could not reproduce - no matter what we tried, we could not get the hagibis to output anything on the spdif pin.
  • Short-circuiting the flash firmware results in an unusable hagibis - maybe @MartijnBraam can try it at home and confirm?
• Future roadmap for the videobox
  • Unified standalone UI / configuration tool
  • Deploy via image (maybe support more options apart from nixos?)
  • 4/3 support via runtime updating of hagibis edid
