This is a tracking issue for early StarLedger / starledger-template setup feedback.

If you try the template, please share what worked, what was confusing, and where the setup docs could be clearer.

Why this is useful

StarLedger is still alpha-stage. The core pipeline has been validated, but first-time setup friction is the most important thing to improve before wider usage.
