Add support for IPV6 only k8s deployment

Can you add more information? Where did this error occur? What steps did you take?

It was a normal manifest for k8s which now is gone because I deleted it.

Anyways, the issue is in here:

This is the solution:

    // Specify "::" to listen on all IPv6 (and often IPv4) interfaces

    .coAwait()

So, you listen on "::" instead of "0.0.0.0" which for some weird reason is the default.
