Missing include/ergo_fastload.flh file in install #13

Description

@GenEars

Describe the bug
When running the System[rdf_load('wine.owl',Module123)]@\owl. command (from the Importing RDF and OWL ontologies tutorial document), I get the following error trace:

++Warning[XSB]: [Runtime/C] [file_copy] Source file not found: ./Coherent/ERGOAI_3.0/ErgoAI/ergo_syslib/include/ergo_fastload.flh

Then, trying the query ?Subject[?Property->?Object]@Module123. fails short:

++Error[Ergo]> attempt to call an F-logic molecule of the form ?_h2604[?_h2605->?_h2606]@MyModule in a nonloaded module `MyModule'

Looking at the ErgoAI files, it appears that ergo_syslib/include/ergo_fastload.flh doesn't exist although ErgoAI has been installed using the standard way (i.e. download and run sh ergoAI_3.0.run).

Manually copying the ergo_syslib/include/ergo_fastload.flh file from https://github.com/ErgoAI/ErgoEngine/blob/main-github/ErgoAI/ergo_syslib/include/ergo_fastload.flh solves the issue.

Expected behavior

  • The file ergo_syslib/include/ergo_fastload.flh should be present when using the standard sh ergoAI_3.0.run install procedure.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • ErgoAI Reasoner 3.0 (Philo) of 2023-05-01 (linux-gnu x64; rev: d934cd9)
  • OS: Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS
