Error when downloading a book

Problem:
Message/Error appeared when I tried to download book from fliphtml5

Error:
Send an email to developer with your book name or comment on the youtube video with the book name.

I can download "hgzok/boba" from the demo without any problem

And this is what script answered me:

Enter the book link in the format *****/****:
aups/jycz
