Rustic Drying Basin Tweaks

If possible, add the ability to add items into the drying basin as an input. That's all.

Currently, it can only accept liquids as an input, and items as an output.

That would require a complete rewrite of the block as it would also break the crafttweaker integration and everything. Out of scope for this mod.
