[SUGGESTION] Possibility for a LuckPerms or permissions hook

I was just looking at this mod and I tihnk it would be really nice if you could control who could share instead of having the whole server allowed to share. This could be done through some permission nodes on the server side. In my use case it would be incredibly useful if only admins were allowed to upload schematics and place them for other people.
