Kindly guide on the installation process for Linux ubuntu, since the links are broken and the manual also doesn't elaborate.

I wanted to install on Windows 7, but no success. Please guide me how install the software.
I would have compile the source on PyCharm, but unfortunately the "rtlsdr_scan.py" is missing from the https://github.com/EarToEarOak/RTLSDR-Scanner/tree/master/rtlsdr_scanner folder. Please upload. Thanx!
