release: publish DeepViewer 0.3.3 ARM64 source and docs

Reconstruct pinned DSH 0.1.5-rc.2 snapshot, stage the 0.3.3 desktop and plugin source, and document the signed/notarized ARM64 release. Add scrubbed feature screenshots and remove obsolete product images. See DV-0032.
