[Feature Request] Allow installing armeabi-v7a apps on arm64-v8a only devices when tango is detected

Before you submit

• I have searched the issue tracker for open and closed issues that are similar to the feature request I want to file, without success.
• I'm not requesting app support for a specific repo — that's up to repo maintainers
• I understand this might not get built (Droid-ify is maintained by a single person)

What's the problem?

Droid-ify not allowing to install armeabi-v7a apps on arm64-v8a only processor.

What would help?

Droid-ify should allow installing armeabi-v7a apps on arm64-v8a when detected that devices is using tango and detected by using getprop tango.enabled

Alternatives?

This also can be done by simple switch to disable that check.
