Description
When Fladder's Hardware acceleration under settings->player is enabled, my playback feels like its dropping frames (or displaying frames out of sync if that's even possible) and it feels like the frames "wobble" ?
I've made two short videos comparing jellyfin media player against fladder with hardware acceleration and without acceleration because its hard to explain :

Left is with hardware acceleration, center is jellyfin media player, and right is without hardware acceleration.
Center and right display things pretty much the same way and feel normal, left is doing so weird stuff even with small camera movements.
What I've tried :
playing different video quality, aspect ratio, video container (no influence)
force transcoding or direct play (no influence)
updating graphic drivers for my RTX4060 (no influence)
turning v sync on or off in Nvidia control panel (no influence)
changing TV refresh rate from 60 to 59.94hz in windows display options (no influence)
changing video player in Fladder from MPV to MDK (no influence)
disabling harware acceleration (fixes the problem instantly)
I can provide fladder logs (but you need to explain to me where to find them) or better video comparisons if needed.
Reproduction steps
1 - go to settings -> player and enable "hardware acceleration"
2 - play any video media
