Disable background posters setting does not apply to person/actor page

Description

The "Enable background posters" when set to off in the setting works correctly on all pages except the person/actor page, which still shows the background image regardless of the setting.

Reproduction steps

1. Go to Settings Fladder
2. Enable background posters set to off
3. Navigate to any actor/person page
4. Background image is still visible
