Conda Forge Update?

@rcaneill do you know what it takes to get the conda forge feedstock updated? It looks like maybe poetry needs to be removed from that recipe.

I don’t really know... If I remember well a bot will open a new PR when it catches the new pypi (github?) release. Maybe we can hope that it will automatically modify poetry => uv. Otherwise, sound reasonable to ask for help when the PR is open
