What is left for version 1.0 ?

I created a new milestone for version 1.0.0
If I summarize the initial goals of gsw-xarray, it seems to me that if all issues left in are closed, we'll have reached the goals:

• Have a simple (working) version that adds cf attributes when possible
• Have it work with reference pressure when needed
• Add pint support
• Have an accessor (PR Autodect parameters from dataset -- add dataset accessor #53 )
• Auto-discovery of calculable quantities (issue Auto Discovery of Calculable Values #30)
• Deal with standard names (issue Inputs arguments that have no cf standard names #57)

As minor point we can add:

• Good documentation and contributor's guide (issue What do we want to put in the doc? #10)
