Not recognizing new consumer key and secret key

How do I reset my consumer key to reflect changes to them? Every time I hit reset it pulls up my old key and I can't read my csv. I installed and reinstalled and nothing changed.

Do you mean Access Key and Access Key Secret displayed on the settings pane? If you want to change these you need to click the Link Twitter Account button.
