在「上傳工廠照片」頁面無法上傳照片

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'disfactory.tw'
2. Click on '我想新增可疑工廠'
3. Scroll down to '工廠照片'
4. Click on '新增照片'
5. See error (「上傳錯誤」)

Expected behavior
上傳照片後可以上傳，不會出現「上傳錯誤」的訊息

Since Imgur is no longer working in Taiwan, we have switched to our own image uploading API instead.
