Port bugfixes to BugFix mod

Port all bugfixes to BugFix mod to enhance the bugfixes for all players. :)

The following bugfixes are still in this mod and not in the BugFix mod:

1. Hospital can get stuck when a patient dies during treatment.
2. When a lot of items lay on the ground, gnomes may fail to put down another item.
   (I noticed this with the kitchen, which may produce a lot of items in advance. The cook might then fail to lay down another food item and instead keep it in their own inventory. This happens because they walk to within 2.7 units of distance to the free spot, but can only put down items within 2.0 units.)
3. Fixed goal (desired mood) for spare-time activities.
   (The formula I found makes no sense, it looks like a typo. But fixing it now will change the gnome's behaviors, so it would be a balancing change at this time. I'm not sure if we want this in the BugFix mod or not.)
4. Reduced mood loss due to bad sleep quality y 50%.
   (Another code weirdness that looks like a mistake: The lines that adjust the mood appear twice, probably a copy&pate mistake by the developers. Changing it now would be another balancing change.)
5. Partially fixed the animation for the hospital.
   (The gnomes seem to instantaneously switch between laying on the bed and standing while treatment. I attempted a fix, but it still doesn't quite work. I would not suggest putting this fix in until we have something definitive.)

I could prepare pull request for any subset of these fixes, I still have the information what lines are for which fix (hooray for Git!). Should I do that? Will we still put work into this (before sending it off to the Museum of Ancient History)? Which bugs are worth fixing like this?

That would be great! :D Sorry, my time is limited and the Diggles mods are at the lower end of my priorities. :D But reviewing and merging PRs could be done by me :D

I'm splitting the changes into one pull request per bug, this makes it easier to follow. I've already created the first three. I'm suspecting that it will not be possible to merge all of them without conflicts in the CHANGELOG.txt.

What I'm trying to say here: 1. I'll wait with the next PR so that fewer conflicts will arise. 2. More is yet to come, so I would not yet tag a new version.
