Describe the improvement

The update badge isn't using the same accent color as the rest of the UI. It can also benefit from being made a bit larger. The previous one by comparison:

Same color inconsistency with the progress bars used throughout the UI.

The selection box can be made a bit brighter to make it stand out more.

Search box: The magnifying glass icon is missing its matte back color. Also the same hard-coded color issue.

Both search boxes are missing the gray-out effect when not in focus. Bringing them back can definitely improve the visual hierarchy of the search menu.

This button can use some change in color. Right now there's too little contrast to differentiate it from the background.

Settings buttons, which benefit from using colors that are more matte.

The bang in UAC section has too little contrast.
