Describe your issue
When installing a portable application though WinGet, the name of a folder that got extracted from the downloaded archive can change, which often messes things up (eg. FFMPEG changes it's path with each update, so the one set in the environmental variables also has to be changed)
Steps to reproduce the issue
- Install any portable app (tested with FFMPEG).
- Check the installation folder name.
- Update said app.
- Check the installation folder name again.

Relevant information
This may only happen with portable apps that change archive's name/name of the folder inside of archive (eg. change version number that is added at the end of the folder/archive name of packaged app).
