[FEATURE REQUEST] Implement a "Report bug" button

Describe the new feature

A "Report bug" button that will open up creating issue on the Github with requaired data filed in such as: "UniGetUI Version", "Windows version, edition, and architecture", "UniGetUI Log" and "Package Managers Logs".

Describe how this new feature could help users

That will save a time and confusion of users that reporting bugs and will help focus on actual issue rather than filling all fields.

Do you mean an in-app bug report button that would automatically fill the fields from the current bug report template?
