A Natural Language Processing System for Extracting Cancer Phenotypes from Clinical Records.
DeepPhe combines natural language processing, summarization, data models, and visual analytics to help researchers examine complex cancer cases and cohorts.
The currently-maintained primary software product is DeepPhe Translational, used for conducting translational studies and generating research cohorts. A second software product is DeepPhe-CR, which was developed for cancer registry applications and registrar workflows.
