Routing dialog not usable on small-width devices

Expected behavior

I can use the routing dialog even in a small-width container.
Maybe it should extend also outside the container?

Steps to reproduce

1. Setup routing
2. Restrict width of the container to e.g. 400px

As a side note: This refers to the next branch with the not-yet-published routing plugin

This issue does not only pertain the routing plugin but any plugin rendered in the IconMenu.
I've already taken note to tackle this.

The general usability of the routing plugin on mobile will be adressed in #905.
