Subject: [PATCH] Added entry for software catalog > Catalog

- adds substitution rule to flag "software catalog" and suggest "Catalog"
- this supports the [ongoing product rename](https://datadoghq.atlassian.net/browse/DOCS-14399) from "Software Catalog" to "Catalog" across Datadog documentation
