Can you test if this command works any better: pip3 install nyx windows-curses>=1.0

I encountered the same issue, but it's likely due to the Python version.
windows-curses does not yet support Python3.14: Support for Python 3.14 · Issue #76 · zephyrproject-rtos/windows-curses

Running it on Python3.14 indeed results in this:
